Each year, beginning in 1985 with just four people, we guys (and a few gals) have gotten together. It has grown into a grand reunion party of sorts for all those who lived on, or hung around, Alice Street. We average 40 golfers and about 100 guests at the After Links Party. Alice Street runs north and south between 58th and 59th Streets off of El Cajon Blvd. We had thirteen boys, all within about four years of each other, on that one-block stretch between El Cajon and Madison. Needless to say we have a lot of scars as well as many fond memories. The event takes place each year on the Saturday before Super Bowl Sunday.
