Instead of grading papers like he was supposed to, Sacramento State Geography Professor Bob Richardson '61 started messing around on the web. The next thing he knew he had accessed this aerial photo of Crawford High School. Says Bob, "Maybe you've already used the maps.live site, which is simply amazing. Most all of San Diego is available in the oblique views. The photo shows some changes since 1961 -- the temporaries by the baseball field are permanents, and there's a curved-shaped addition to the building to the south of these. Also some new buildings north and south of the gym and a covered area in the courtyard between the gym and the classroom buildings. Probably a lot more too, but these jump out at me. You can view the area from three other directions too. What a world!"
