Linda Minyard Isbell, Betty Lopez Parrott, and Sandra Craig Allen at the Macaroni Grill in Escondido. Linda flew in from Texas to take care of some business matters in San Diego and managed to meet with Betty and Sandra, as they hadn't seen each other in a while.
They are looking forward to their 50th Class Reunion next year even though it is extremely difficult for them to believe it has been that long since they graduated. Even the manager of the Macaroni Grill came over to visit with the "older" gals after they told the waitress they were old schoolmates!
“It's great to still be in touch with one another after all these years,” says Sandi. “It reminds me of a song we used to sing in Girl Scouts -- ‘Make new friends, but keep the old. One is silver and the other gold!’ Boy, that says it all, doesn't it?”
