USS Saratoga (CV-3)
John Fry's book on the legendary aircraft carrier, entitled USS Saratoga (CV-3), was published in 1996 by Schiffer Publishing Ltd, of Atglen , Pennsylvania. It is a hard cover book, 8 1/2 x 11 inches in format. It is176 pages in length, with over 200 photographs and illustrations.

John also publishes the Saratoga Log, an 8-page quarterly newsletter filled with photos and personal recollections of men who served aboard the carrier. The newsletter is mailed in January, April, July and October. A one-year subscription is $20.00.
