June 3,1948 to December 10, 2004

After a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis, Harry was called home on December 10, 2004. Harry leaves behind his beloved wife, Debbie; children, Jason and Courtney, daughter-in-law Christina. He was a loving brother to Steve Drogin and Carol Hill. Harry grew up in San Diego and attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona, where be fell in love with Debbie. They made their home in University City, where they raised their children. After a career in real estate development, he went back to his passion for the theatre, and started a career as a middle school drama teacher at La Jolla Country Day School.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made in his honor to the SD chapter of the MS Society, 8840 Complex Dr, Suite 130, San Diego, CA 92123 or to the San Diego Hospice, 4311 Third Ave, San Diego, CA 92103, whose tender care helped ease Harry into God's loving hands.

Ivy Eidex died around 1985 from breast cancer. Her sister Marilyn '60 married a cousin of mine in the Bay Area and Ivy had married an attorney from around San Francisco.

Stanley C. Eiter

May 14, 1948-March 5, 2004

Stanley C. Eiter, 55, of Spring Valley died after a short battle with cancer. He was born in San Diego. Stan was the owner-operator of Stan's Electric. He is survived by his only child, Geoff Eiter of Boise, Idaho and perhaps a thousand friends. His parents, Clayton and Cecilia Eiter -- as well as his brother Tom -- preceded him in death. Stan was a bass guitar player in rock and roll bands during the 1960s, notably the Barons and the Nobles. He worked for the old Mayfair Market chain before moving to the electrical business. Stan also enjoyed travel and the great outdoors. He was an avid sportsman and gun enthusiast. Stan also provided financial advice to his many friends.

My brother David was an internationally-known musician and song writer with the group Random Sample, was on staff with Youth for Christ, and for over 20 years was Youth Camp Director at Forest Home Christian Conference Center in Forest Falls, California. David had MS and passed away in June of 2000. He was married with four daughters.

Joseph Palazzolo

May 25, 1948-January 24, 2002

A 28-year resident of Riverside, Joseph died at Riverside Community Hospital. He was born in Detroit, Michigan and was a San Diego resident from the age of 9 until his move to Riverside. He had been employed for 28 years with the County of Riverside Probation Department, having served as a Supervising Probation Officer. He earned a BS in Criminolgoy at California State University-San Bernardino.

Survivors include his wife Janet of Riverside, daughter Julie Palazzolo, sons Joseph Jr. and Jared, all from Riverside, mother Rose Palazzolo of San Diego, brothers Christopher and John from San Diego, and Robert of Leander, Texas, sisters Angie Hamilton and Mare Anne Allen of San Diego. Joseph was preceded in death by his father Christopher and brother Barney.

August 30, 1948-February 5, 2002

Ray was born in San Diego and was a private investigator for Manny Lopez Association, Inc. He was a bodyguard for Joan Kroc, a security manager and director, and a private investigator. He served in the Navy. He was a president of Lake Murray Little League. Survivors include his son, Timothy T. Testa; mother, Mary Testa; sister, Mary Elyn Testa; and brothers, Ed, Jim and Joe Testa.

"John, I talked to Ray's brother Jim. Ray died of congestive heart failure. Too bad, I liked Ray and knew him very well."

James, 55, of El Cajon was born in San Diego and was a commercial painter. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War. Survivors include his companion, Nancy Blanton; daughter, Jessica of El Cajon; stepsons, Eric and Jay Blanton of El Cajon; mother, Mildred Zimmerman of Point Loma; sister, Katherine Wylie of Chula Vista; niece, Erin Wylie of Wenatchee, Wash.; and three grandchildren.
