If memory
serves, Crawford High students hung out at La Jolla
Shores. It was a straight shot up Ward Road, then west on Miramar
Road. There were no stop lights or stop signs so you could easily hit 80 mph and arrive at the beach in a timely manner. I took these photos with my trusty Kodak Brownie.
