#2 would be Rick's brother Ron Layton '64.  #15 Ed Herrmann '64 and #8 Bob Boone '65 had long careers in Major League Baseball.  Bob's son, Aaron Boone, is -- at the time of this writing -- manager of the New York Yankees.  The manager above is John Callaham, Sr, father of John Callaham, Jr '64 -- killed in Vietnam on May 10, 1968. Ed Herrmann died December 22, 2013.  If you believe in a Heaven where old friends are reunited, John and Ed may be comparing notes on how many times their last names were misspelled over the years.

Holy Crap!!  #6 is Tim Blackwell, who also went on to a career in the major leagues.  I mean, these guys had their pictures and stats on baseball cards.  Go Colts!!
