I love this Texaco sign and am guessing it looks west at 10th and F downtown perhaps around 1980.  Someone smarter than me can figure out the make, model and year of the pickup truck on the billboard.  Central Federal Savings is long gone, but the high-rise on the right, I believe, is at 225 Broadway, looking east across Horton Plaza.
