There's a large crowd gathered in the distance, underneath the Encinitas sign.  Maybe they're dedicating it.  Can you see the triangle beneath it?  That's a 15 MPH sign posted at the end of the fence.  Last, but certainly not least, check out the La Paloma Theater.  It's still going strong, to the best of my knowledge. I can't imagine another theater can match its longevity.
