Here are a few pictures of my new ride -- a 500cc Buell single – at the Bonneville Salt Flats. The record in this class is 115 MPH. I got it up to over 101 on the three-mile short track. We're doing a few things to it to make it go faster and taking it back in October to try for a world record in the A/PG class. I think we have a good shot at it. It's a good way to keep an old man's heart pumping. We used my '32 Ford roadster for a chase car to retrieve it at the end of the track. A pretty fun time was had by the whole crew. I am building another bike similar to this one but with a 1000 cc motor in it for a friend. It should be really fast -- Bob Biehler ‘61
