From right to left are the El Cortez Hotel, San Diego Trust & Savings, and Bank of America.  At the far left is one of the old oil storage tanks.  A keen eye can spot two LSTs floating in the bay.  The Cabrillo Freeway would eventually dominate the lower right of the freeway.  For the life of me I can't figure out the make, model or year of the car, but it looks like it's from the late 1950s.
