My source material says 1966, but the cars all look to me to be from the mid-'50s. I think that pink vehicle in the background might be a Nash.  I would have been mortified if that had been our family car.  Times change.  I would love to be seen riding around in it today. That looks like Rees-Stealy Clinic in the background.  I love the colors on the mailbox.
