That's what it says on the original artwork below -- possibly a page from a photo album -- as posted on the Vintage San Diego Facebook Page by Tom Isom.  I think the photo looks northeast, with the actual Mission San Diego de Alcala peaking out from behind the three-story school house on the left.  I guess that would be Grantville on the right, where Kaiser hospital would be visible in a current view.
