THEY'RE B-A-A-A-A-CK!
The
Rogers Sisters -- all Crawford graduates -- were able to visit our old
family home just a few blocks from the now-demolished Montezuma
Elementary School over Thanksgiving this year. This picture was taken in
front of that childhood home, which was built around 1950 and
still looks the same. I wish we looked the same,
too!. From left, Sandy Rogers Bovee '61, Janice Rogers Flynn '66,
Debbie Rogers Park '72. The kind owners let us wander through the rooms
and reminisce about our childhood growing up in that house. Sandy, a
retired teacher, now lives in Nevada. Debbie, a retired legal
secretary, is living in Kansas. I stuck to my roots and live in
Santee where I and my husband have raised Canine Companion
service dogs for many years — Janice Rogers Flynn
(The Sisters have intentionally omitted the name of their
street out of consideration for the current owners' privacy)
